Your voice matters in Wyoming's House District 36.
About Me.
A new year brings new opportunities, and as we look ahead to 2026, I’m stepping forward to serve our community in a new way. After months of thoughtful consideration, I’ve decided to run for the Wyoming State Legislature as a strong Democratic option—someone committed to fair representation, open dialogue, and practical problem‑solving. My goal is to fight for all citizens of District 36 and ensure every voice in our community is heard and respected.

My wife and I chose Wyoming because this state reflects the values we hold dear—hard work, personal responsibility, and community. In our professions, we could have built our lives anywhere, but we kept coming back to Wyoming. Casper has proven to be the right place to put down roots, raise our two daughters, and become part of a community that truly supports one another. Now, I’m ready to give back to the people who make this place home.

In my work as an operations director, I solve tough problems by listening carefully, focusing on facts, and delivering results. Success comes from bringing the right people together and moving forward with a clear plan. That’s the same practical, collaborative approach I intend to bring to the legislature.
I believe deeply in democratic values—fair representation, open dialogue, and a government that is accountable to the people it serves. Strong communities are built when citizens have a voice, when leaders listen, and when decisions are made transparently. These principles guide how I work, how I lead, and how I intend to serve the people of District 36.

My priorities are simple: support the local businesses and workers who keep our economy strong, ensure government remains transparent and accountable, and put the people of Casper at the center of every decision. A thriving local economy lifts everyone, and I’m committed to making sure policy reflects that truth.

I’m not running to grandstand or build a political career. I’m running to serve. I’m ready to roll up my sleeves, do the work, and represent this community with integrity, honesty, and respect. We may not always agree, but you will always know where I stand, and you will always have my commitment to lead with principle.
Guiding Values & Platform Focus
I believe in fairness, equity, and inclusion—values that ensure every person in our community is treated with dignity and respect. Policy should expand opportunity, strengthen families, and reflect the needs of all residents, not the priorities of special interests.

I believe in responsibility and accountability. Government must operate transparently, ethically, and with a clear commitment to the public good. Leaders should answer to the people they represent and make decisions rooted in honesty and integrity.

I believe in community and compassion. A strong society is built when we look out for one another, invest in our shared future, and recognize that our success is interconnected. When our neighbors thrive, our entire community grows stronger.

These values shape every decision I make and every policy I support. They reflect not just what I stand for, but who I intend to serve: the people of District 36.

Platform Planks
Fairness & Equality
Equal rights, inclusion, and justice for every person in our community. No matter our ideology, religious values, or personal beliefs, we are all equal and deserve to be treated with dignity.

Good Government
Leadership must be honest, ethical, and transparent—serving the people, not special interests. As Abraham Lincoln said, government should be “of the people, by the people, for the people.”

Women’s Healthcare
Healthcare is a fundamental right. It must remain affordable, accessible, and available to every Wyoming resident. Government should not interfere with women’s healthcare decisions, especially when those rights have already been affirmed by voters.

Education
Fully funded public schools empower teachers, support students, and prepare the next generation for success. Investing in our youth strengthens our community and builds a brighter future for all.

Economy, Employment & Taxes
A strong Casper economy begins with strong local businesses. A business‑first approach—rooted in democratic values—expands opportunity, supports working families, and ensures prosperity reaches every corner of our community. When local businesses thrive, they create good jobs, strengthen neighborhoods, and keep our economy resilient.

Public Lands & Environment
Wyoming’s public lands are a shared treasure—places where families explore, workers earn a living, and visitors experience the beauty that defines our state. These lands must be preserved, protected, and kept accessible for residents and tourists alike.
Public lands should remain open for responsible recreation, hunting, fishing, and outdoor enjoyment. They are part of our heritage and a cornerstone of our identity. Protecting them means managing them sustainably and safeguarding them for future generations.
A strong outdoor economy benefits everyone. By maintaining healthy landscapes, supporting conservation, and promoting tourism, we protect what makes Wyoming special while creating opportunities for local businesses and workers.
Additional Commitments
Defending democracy, opposing hate in all forms, and strengthening the communities that make Casper and Wyoming resilient, welcoming, and strong.
